  I'm not going very detailed, but the employees standing behind the windows are very rude when answer questions to a foreign citizen. Very intimidating

  This government office is extremely efficiently operated. Wait times vary, but I've never found the wait to be unreasonable and the guard can usually advise you about the probable wait time and helpfully offers suggestions for better times to return if necessary. Check their hours before just dropping in.

  I know the people who work in these offices have limited access to the information and tools needed to actually help me when I walk in. With this in mind I have been treated with kindness and respect at the Bellingham office. I have always had a positive experience and feel that they have helped me to the best of their ability.

  This facility would not let me get a new social security card with a official Washington state learners permit. & said that it states it at the door but when I looked it said that you can not use a temporary paper ID. Once I looked at the sign & told the police officer at the door she gave me false information he kept saying "please leave".
