  The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. They take the time necessary to fully process my packages, get stamps and deal with any questions I may have. There SHOULD be some way to process pick-ups only more quickly and efficiently. There are some things that just can't be done at the self-serve facility in the lobby, so it's through the line for me most of the time. The staff does their best and are very nice -- even if the customers aren't always polite. It goes both ways, folks.

  Excellent customer service! Melanie and her supervisor Jake were incredibly helpful to me this morning. I had shipped a package with the wrong address, and they were able to find it and stop the shipment. Thank you!

  Courteous & usually effective service drastically degraded by significant under-staffing. Usually encounter 20 min wait with service to customer ratio of 2-13. This is a hub P.O. and should be staffed to that level.

  Mailed a package in January. Recipient got it June 28. The tracking number showed it was accepted but never left the building. A "search" conducted by the usps yielded nothing. Not a good way to do business. No wonder they are in such debt. Embarrassing
