Multiple grievances have been filed by multiple people with the Washington State Bar Association. Larocco to do a modification on my case in Bellingham Washington I paid him and he is never done anything on my case nor will he return my phone calls nor will he return my money do not go to mr. Larocco he does not do his job nor does he seem to care.
