- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2nd Jumbo Loan with Jeremey Beck! Something a lot of people don't know about buying a house is how horribly frustrating the loan process is. We are extremely qualified to get a loan and it is still a nail biting experience every time. Trust me when I say that you will want a competent and responsive team working on your mortgage. For instance, I sent Jeremey and his team an email at 8:08 this morning asking a question, I received a reply 4 minutes later. I talked to a friend who is using Wells Fargo and she cant get anyone to respond within 24 hours! Oh, her rate is the same as mine, except, in her case she is beyond stressed out and pissed thru the whole process. I'm like, "hey Jer, whats this?" And he texts me back in what feels like real time. I also like that Jeremey is realistic. He looks at the market and wont lead you on if your loan isn't possible. He over estimates instead of under estimates. Did I say he emails and texts you right back during the biggest purchase of your entire life?! Another example of his personal customer service: We were sweating our appraisal, it was going to be close, it was stressing us out. Jeremey texts me at 7:30pm to tell my wife and I that we hit the jackpot on our value. He could have waited till morning, but he was as excited as we were. Love it.
