  In April of 2015, an intoxicated driver pulled out in front of my husband on a Sunday afternoon while he was returning home on one of his motorcycles. He went down hard, landing first on his head and then on his left shoulder and side, breaking his wrist and causing other miscellaneous damage. Below is his personal review of how his personal injury was handled by his attorney - Joseph Bartek: I knew I was not prepared to deal with the paperwork that would come as a result of the injuries and the ensuing legal issues. I contacted attorney Joseph Bartek. A meeting was set up and my wife and I quickly met with him. As quickly, he eased our concerns with dealing with the many medical bills that would ensue. There were the normal forms and information that had to be provided. It was dealt with in short order. In general, the case dealing with my injuries became almost a forgotten thought as Joseph dealt with all issues without bothering us. Over the course of almost two years, we were never concerned about the eventual outcome. We hoped only to ensure we wouldn’t have additional medical expenses. Nothing more. Joseph spoke with me on a number of occasions by phone about such matters and always left me with a confident feeling that we were quickly approaching a positive settlement. Which we did after a short period of negotiation. Overall, the service provided by Joseph was nothing short of outstanding, relieving me of paperwork and stress I was not prepared to deal with. The overall experience, our first in matters of this nature, was a positive one, simply because we had retained a very good lawyer in Joseph Bartek. We would definitely recommend Joseph Bartek to anyone looking for a dedicated and diligent attorney that will look after your interests to the very end!

  I highly recommend Joe to anyone in need of a personal injury lawyer. These sort of things can take a long time to sort out and Joe has a knack for truly making you feel like he cares about you throughout the whole process. During every step of the way with my injury case, he went to bat for me repeatedly and I knew that no matter what the outcome would be, Joe was going to do everything he could to make sure I was taken care of as much as possible. Joe Bartek is the guy you want in your corner....and he plays a pretty damn good guitar too!

  My sister was injured in a nursing home medical malpractice. While she was existing on life support in the hospital, our family looked up Mr. Bartek in the Bellingham phone book. We found him to be professional, honest, hardworking, thorough and tough. His first consideration throughout the whole process was our sister's health and he based everything with that being first and foremost. He won her case, and has called since to see how she is doing. In retrospect, we would definitely retain his services again.
