- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Banker withdrawed from the wrong account and emptied the account. I guess now I need to go back and ask them to fix it. If you work at a bank and see that the withdraw amount is greater than the account balance then let's use some common sense...By Travis Church, August 05, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a very unpleasant experience here. I was trying to deposit a check and order some personal checks. While I know this is something I can do online I much prefer doing it in person (I have had trouble depositing through an ATM in the past and prefer doing so in the bank). I went into this Chase and the lady behind the counter was very rude, telling me multiple times (in a very condescending way) that I should do it at the ATM or through their app. When I asked to order checks she told me to do it online and that any smart person should be able to figure it out. She told me that they just wanted to "get people in and out as quickly as possible". There wasn't even anybody else in the bank! I was very frustrated and left feeling very unhappy. I will not be returning to this branch of the bank, regardless of how close they are.By Alisa Kathol, October 18, 2016
